Repainting to external of the entire Como Centre Complex. Consisting of 650 chapel Street, 644 Chapel Street, Como Hotel. Como retail.
Because of the location of this site on the corner of one of Melbourne’s most busiest intersection, Toorak road and Chapel Street, access was a major issue. With the need for keeping the entire centre operational and for powerline and tram line protection, adding to the complexitiy if this site, road closure were required, abseilers, swing stage, boom and scissor lift access.
Work included, Water blasting, Grout filling, Etch priming, Membrane coating.
